Apple Brown Betty
Amt	UOM	Ingredient	Directions
1	pat	Butter	greas a 8x8 baking dish/pan
4	Slice	Bread,	tear into pieces, put in pan
3	ea	Baking Apples	peel, slice, layer into pan
1/2	cup	White Sugar	in a mixing bowl
1/2	Cup	Brown Sugar	add to bowl
2	tsp	Cinnamon	add to bowl & mix
			sprinkle over apples
1/4	Cup	Butter	drizzle over sugar
			bake for 1 hour @350
		Whipped Cream	Serve while warm
